Steele Design has put in the necessary R&D in developing a state-of-the-art fan system that addresses the issues of high temperature demands for racing by providing tailored cooling solutions to maximize performance. We are the only system that allows you to customize and control every unit to maximize performance and efficiency.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Product: SD350A Gen 3
The third generation 3.5″ Cooling System from Steele Design. The fan system can be controlled with a dial selector or potentiometer as well as a “set and forget” speed setting option which is programmable with our Software GUI.
Electronic Speed Controller (ESC):
Standard Amperage Range 0 – 25 AMPS Continuous / 30-40 AMP MAX – small / medium ESC
High Amperage Range 0 – 60 AMPS Continuous / 70 AMP MAX – large ESC

Speed parameters may be set and adjusted by utilizing our GUI software
Material of Fans
All fan housings and rotors are made of high-strength, light-weight 7075 aluminum. The SD350A is the only fan equipped with a 12 blade anodized aluminum rotor. The aluminum rotor has been designed to output the absolute best performance and provide the highest reliability than any other fan system.
Graphic User Interface (GUI) Software
Proprietary software interface by Steele Design. Every fan package comes with our GUI program to maximize the potential of the fans.
The GUI will allow you to customize each fan to a desired CFM/current setting. This feature allows you to be able to configure every fan unit from your computer to effectively and efficiently obtain the maximum performance from your fans. We are the only system that allows you to customize the airflow of each fan to optimize thermal and energy management.

Data logging temperature, voltage and current will be available on select ESC /GUI pairs.
Motor & Electronic Speed Controller (ESC)
The power system is designed to endure harsh racing conditions. We use a brushless motor with high temperature rare earth magnets and bearings to allow for maximum performance in high thermal environments. Paired with our Electronic Speed Controller (ESC), we provide unmatched reliability and performance to handle extreme thermal and vibration environments.
Each unit has our unique “smart” speed control system for two wire power and ground setup. The programming cable can be discretely hidden or removed once a desired speed setting is set.
